At Euronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your product is faulty or you have changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Euronics account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack the Product

  Ensure the item is securely placed in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the returned device, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
